Inside Sales Superstar

Job Description/Responsibilities:
Convert warm leads into paying customers by making 80-100 calls per day
Maintain and update CRM system after every prospect/customer interaction
Literature fulfillment as required
Order entry via website
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and fax
Follow up with homeowners and contractors who have expressed interest or requested samples.

Experience and Requirements:
2+ years successful sales or relevant experience preferred
Experience in a fast paced, inbound/outbound call environment is a plus
Strong interpersonal, written, phone and listening skills
Excellent selling, negotiating and closing skills
Detail oriented
Solid understanding of CRM systems
Strong customer service skills

This is a full time position Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
This position offers a base salary with unlimited earning potential through commissions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
