Staff Supervisor

2 full time opportunities are available within our residential programs serving latency aged and adolescent youth.
Flexible schedule includes second shift hours and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities include ensuring a therapeutic milieu; teaching daily living and social skills; coaching, mentoring and training direct care staff; implementing program initiatives, goals and objectives.
Candidate must have understanding of trauma informed care, be able to lead and motivate a team and work in a strength-based manner with youth
and families.
Candidate must either have current MAP certification or successfully obtain certification.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred with minimum 2 years related experience in a residential program.
Will consider candidates with High School diploma and previous human services experience.
Valid driver's licenseis required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
