Accounts Receivable Clerk
City Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Associate for our client in Fall River. As a large manufacturing company in the area they are steadily growing and looking to add to their accounting department.
Candidates must have previous AR experience with an understanding of accounting concepts, including debits, credits and working with customer deductions. Must have excellent oral & written communication skills, along with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Customer Invoicing
Account Maintenance
Apply customer payments
Generate and use EDI Attendant
Fill cash batches
Research and solve payment discrepancies
Make adjustments to accounts as needed
Qualifications:
Associates Degree preferred
3-5 years previous experience
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work in a team environment and individually
Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
