Order Entry/Customer Service Specialist
We are looking to hire for a local manufacturer seeking an order entry specialist with customer service skills.
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Data entry and order processing using windows based software
o Customer service via phone and email
o Answering a multi-line phone system
o General office and filing work
o Other projects may be assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
o 1
years of experience in order entry
o Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office
o Ability to adjust to multiple demands and changing work priorities
o Self-motivated individual responsible with problem solving skills
