We are a growing practice in search of an individual who has experience doing medical billing and coding for a busy office (Behavioral health and/or chiropractic billing experience preferred) Duties will include -charging client copays/deductibles -following up with clients re unpaid balances -following up on unpaid insurance claims - using EHR system (JaneApp), clearing house (ClaimMd) amd Payspan to submit insurance claims and process payments -use QuickBooks for bookkeeping -other administrative tasks as assigned.
Must be personable, organized, a fast learner and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Bilinguil in Porgtuguese/Spanish would be helpful, but not required.
This is a 32 hour a week position with flexible hours and PTO.
Hybrid work from home and in office and flexible schedule.
