We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Locum MD Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative team of medical professionals in Massachusetts.

Key
Responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with a larger team of MDs to provide exceptional patient care.
Perform day-to-day anesthesiology duties, including preoperative evaluations, administering anesthesia, and ensuring patient safety.
Participate in call rotation, with 3 first calls and 3 second calls each month.
Spend approximately 25% of practice time supervising CRNAs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Oversee anesthesiology procedures in 6 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy suite.
Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to maintain accurate patient records.
Required
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
Proficiency in a variety of procedures including General, Plastics, Endoscopy, and OB/GYN cases.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
A commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
Flexibility to work day shifts and participate in call rotation.
Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.
