Retail Project Manager

SummaryThis position will be responsible for Project Management for all replacement installations.
They will be responsible for customer service and ensuring that the project is completed correctly and within the timeframe promised to the customer.
Duties/ Responsibilities o Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners after the time of sale o Involved in coordinating all aspects of the customer's installation from beginning to end o Communicate and maintain contact with home owners, contractors and fellow employees regarding the status of projects o Responsible for working on multiple projects at one time o Respond to emails and calls from customers o Enter job notes into PIES o Other duties as assignedSkills/ Qualifications o Proficient in Microsoft Office o Strong listening skills o Attention to detail and accuracy o Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; work well in group problem solving situations o Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimalsEducation/ Experience o HS Diploma/ GED o At least 2 years of customer service or general business experience o Prior knowledge of general construction applications, terminology, and window & door applications and components is preferredPIb1fb07df0f7e-31181-33335911 Recommended Skills Active Listening Attention To Detail Construction Customer Service Microsoft Office Networking Apply to this job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
