Summary The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing quality customer service for all inbound requests from customers.
This position is responsible for ensuring all customer service calls and requests are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while maintaining a customer-focused attitude.
Duties/ Responsibilities o Gather information via incoming calls and emails from customers in order to quickly, professionally and accurately answer all questions regarding product and service issues.
o Meet customer needs by diagnosing service issues; processing service requests; scheduling service appointments based on customer product, time and labor requirements; providing quotes to customers; ordering necessary service parts o Must research and troubleshoot product issues from customer in an accurate and timely manner o Research parts needed using resources such as subject matter experts, PERL etc.
to ensure parts ordered for services tasks are accurate o Assist Service Technicians with daily issues including scheduling, parts orders, directions, customer communications, etc.
o Complete confirmation process for customers with time/date of appointment, and place calls to customers after event is completed to determine service level obtained o Provide customers with helpful information on care, operation, and maintenance of their Pella products o Effectively communicate between other departments o Other duties as assignedSkills/ Qualifications o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Provide excellent customer service o Confident in ability to resolve customer issues o Completes work in a timely and accurate manner o Proficient with Microsoft Office Education/ Experience o A High School Diploma or GED o 1 year of customer service experience o Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is desirable but not requiredPIc5feede55c77-31181-31758952 Recommended Skills Communication Confident And Emotionally Stable Construction Customer Demand Planning Customer Service Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
