in Fall River, formerly First Ford, is a family orientated dealer group and we now have twice the service and parts capacity between our New Bedford and Fall River locations.
We are looking to fill a position for a Service Advisor in our Fall River location.
Service Advisors are the trusted point of contact for our service customers.
They listen, and then they advise and recommend the best service plan for each customer's vehicle.
Personalized service creates customer confidence and loyalty for our dealership.
Earning Potential of $110,000! Great Opportunity for a People Person! What you will be doing:
Discuss customer's concerns about mechanical issues.
Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications Contact customers by telephone regarding changes to the estimate or time promised Deliver vehicles to customers, review work performed, explain charges and answer questions Assist the service manager as necessary Requirements:
Sales and/or customer service experience a must Candidates must possess a proven track record of technical and consultation skills Must be an exceptional multi-tasker A valid driver's license with a good driving record Customer service focused No automotive service experience required/will train Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening What We Offer:
