Our Chief Of People/ Culture Lead, will ensure the team/ employees are considered our long term investments by building and managing the strategies for attracting and retaining talent while acting as a trusted advisor to the rest of the executive team.
You will work across the company to get a pulse on the team experience and design strategies to boost team engagement, retention, and attract candidates that best fit to our culture.

He was a sought out local Dentist/ founder of Perfect Smiles in Westport, MA who knew he had to adjust what was being done in Dentistry to avoid any health related complications and a shorter career due to occupational hazards.
He and his best friend, who still works for the company as an engineer, started Design Ergonomics Little Compton RI garage in the late 1990's.
His passion is not the bottom line but to make a difference in as many lives as possible both in his organization and with those whom his organization serves.
He is a proud community sponsor of many local teams and events, along with donating over 1M in dental equipment to a dental clinic in South America.
Design Ergonomics designs, equips and trains dental offices around the Country nation wide and is the best in the dental health industry.

Offices from around the country visit Perfect Smiles, and our team trains other dental teams nationwide and also in third world countries during their dental mission trips.

Act as a business partner to the president and executive team by developing and implementing an effective HR strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives, while supporting the overall vision and mission of the organization.
Formalizing positions, current, and future.
Develop an impressive and effective onboarding process.
Creating and optimizing performance management processes.
Manage functions of Payroll and Benefits with the accounting department.
Manage functions Around Safety and Compliance Administrate the execution of a comprehensive employee engagement program, including employee recognition and rewards, and development initiatives.
Lead the development of performance management systems that drive performance, engagement, and career development for employees.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to HR and employee relations.
Partner leaders to develop and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Great administrative skills with flexibility to allow the executive team and business strategies to be creative enough to be different from your average business.
A degree in human resources or business administration perferred.
Sociology or phycology accepted.
Proven ability to partner with the executive team and drive workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including employment laws and regulations.
Strong business strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Desire to SERVE as a trusted advisor and coach.
Excellent emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills Adaptive leadership skills.
