This individual will take pride and ownership of their respective regional facilities and will provide high quality and responsive support services.
This person will partner with support service leadership to ensure collaborating and coordination of the frontline teams to ultimately provide the highest level of service for Southcoast's patients, employees, and visitors.
The Manager of EOC - EVS will establish work schedules, prioritize the activities of staff, and ensure the job is completed as directed in an effort to provide a clean/infection free environment.
Trains and educates employees to help Environmental Services improve processes, become more efficient, and to better meet our customers' needs.
Duties require direct supervisory responsibility for all assigned personnel and activities.
Salary Range:
$74,402 -$125,133Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Must demonstrate/possess knowledge and skills necessary to communicate and interact with patients, employees, and all stakeholders, clients, and guests within scope of departmental services Associate degree in related field required or equivalent in years in experience Bachelor's Degree preferred 3-5 years of Environmental Services or related field experience required; three (3) years' experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus and provide required vaccination documentation unless approved for an exemption or deferral by Southcoast prior to starting employment.
