DescriptionChick-fil-A Fall River is seeking a Front of House Assistant Director who will grow quickly in the organization.
This leader will rotate through various aspects of the business to gain experience and work alongside team members.
Some days you will be running shifts as a shift leader.
This will depend on the needs of the restaurant.
After an initial training period, this leader will oversee 5 front of the house shift leaders, begin to think strategically for the business, and will influence the workplace culture and total guest experience.
Ultimately, this person will develop and coach team members to be their best while delivering excellent customer service and modeling servant-based leadership.
Requirements At least 4 years of front of house experience OR 1
year experience leading a front of house team Background in hospitality and/or customer service Self-motivated; ability to set and achieve goals and produce results Problem-solver; excellent decision maker under pressure Servant-hearted; others first mentality Effective leader; proactive to accomplish goals Teachable; receives feedback with a growth mindset Hard working; results-focused in a fast paced environment Company InformationIn our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients.
