Responsibilities:
Conduct dental examinations, diagnose oral conditions and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, etc.
Educate patients on oral health care, preventive measures, and post treatment instructions.
Collaborate with other professionals with the office to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry and continuously improve professional knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
Valid dental license to practice in MA.
Proven experience in the field.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Strong commitment to patient care, ethics, and professionalism.
Familiarity with the latest dental procedures and technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
