We are searching for a Manager of the Cardiac Cath, Electrophysiology and Structural Heart Cardiovascular Program.
The manager will report to the Director of Cardiac Interventional Services or designee.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing cardiac, electrophysiology and structural heart services.
Responsible for fiscal management, performance improvement activities, and compliance with all relevant policies/procedures and regulations.
Manage all aspects of personnel processes.
Communicate information effectively.
Ability to make timely decisions and manage change process.
Must interface with all departments as part of the management team.
Work collaboratively with Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, APP, staff, and other ancillary departments in efficiently carrying out services to medical staff and patients.
Maintain 24-hour accountability for the program.
Duties include direct supervisory responsibility of Charlton site Responsible for oversight of Invasive/Interventional Cardiac, Electrophysiology program and Structural Heart program.
Duties involve supervisory responsibility for up to and including 50 direct reports.
Hours:
Full Time, Exempt Monday through Friday Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge/experience is required; Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Minimum 5 years management and clinical experience in cardiac cath and electrophysiology required.
Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with people of diverse backgrounds, training and experience.
Working knowledge of computers i.

Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and budget software.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
Association of Critical Care (ACN) Nursing certification or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus and provide required vaccination documentation unless approved for an exemption or deferral by Southcoast prior to starting employment.
