Responsible to prepare the Departmental SOPs and ensure the effective implementation.
Responsible to improve of the QMS activities as per the requirements.
Daily Monitoring and record of environmental condition in warehouse.
Maintaining housekeeping in warehouse.
Updating of all logbooks and record as per SOP.
100% Compliance in QMS and EHS by following the SOPs.
Ensuring materials segregation in both RM and PM with proper labelling Ensuring proper housekeeping in dispensing booth and sampling area.
Balance verification as per SOP and updating logbooks.
Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately and updating logbooks.
Issue of Raw material and Packing material on production request with proper document.
Handling outward /in process operation for multiple shifts includes GRN/MRN/SRN/RTV.
Organize stock maintain inventory and maintain 5S and cGMP at warehouse area Handling Receipt /issue/dispense activity in warehouse and SAP Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to time.
Review and update warehouse SOPs and conduct operator training Planning and scheduling raw material and management of Vendor Maintain items records, document and necessary information for the incoming and outgoing goods Job Type:
