Hours are Monday through Friday 8:
00 AM-4:
30 PM with some on-call required.
Complete assigned work orders to include repairs to buildings, grounds and equipment; new construction, renovation and remodeling projects; and repairs and installation of minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, boilers, HVAC systems, etc.
Must have a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Must have valid driver's license and demonstrated experience operating a variety of power tools.
Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds and tolerate extremes of temperature.
Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within maintenance field Job Type:
