Full participation in activities in the clean room (assembly, heat sealing, cleaning, packing, etc.
) to achieve on-time shipment goals and efficiency targets.
Responsibilities:
Following all clean room protocols, assembling, packaging and inspecting medical supplies.
Read product prints and specifications prior to starting assembly process.
Follow assembly procedures.
Fill out all paperwork documenting steps performed, quantities, and quality checks performed.
Collect components for assembly ensuring lot number traceability.
Clean components and assemblies.
Package assemblies in plastic bags and heat seal.
Perform other related tasks, including but not limited to, performing housekeeping tasks required to keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Efficient and willingness to perform required work with good attendance and attitude.
Understand SOP's relating to the department activities.
Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Must be a team player.
Effective communication skills essential - both written and verbal.
