Duties include, but are not limited to, daily trash removal and cleaning, general maintenance repairs, painting and turning over apartments, plumbing, minor electrical, and snow removal.
On-call responsibilities will be required.
Individual must have experience and skills in building maintenance.
Individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact well with residents and be able to work independently.
